About Our Work And Values
There are approximately more than 60 species of eagles in the world. Welcome to World Eagles, where we will see every single one. Expect plenty of commentary on natural history, science, politics, conservation, nutrition, travel, and blogging along the way.
Values
Everything we do is for eales and the people who love them. Eagles are amazing and bring so much joy to our lives! We acknowledge that everyone who loves wants to protect them for different reasons. To help advance of eagle conservation, we offer core values:
- Respect… for nature, for people, for differences
- Community… natural community, eagling community, social community
- Curiosity… in nature, in each other, in new approaches
Contributing
We are constantly seeking media to augment species accounts. In general, we appreciate all high-quality images and video, but we are particularly interested in media that illustrates aspects of a species’ ecology, habitat, life history, behavior and other relevant details of that species’ biology.
We often references ebird.org, audubon.org observations, as do many other projects, so it is a great, centralized way to make sure your observations are put to the best use.
